abb机器人与人协作表演现代舞，展示了人与机器人合作的未来
欣赏过abb机器人在《对话·寓言2047》中的乐队震撼演奏，聆听过abb机器人yumi在意大利指挥的歌剧，感受过abb机器人在豪华游轮上的精彩演出……今天，小编又有新东西迫不及待地要和你们分享啦！abb机器人与人协作表演现代舞！2018年9月7日，有两位表演者在斯德哥尔摩文化宫和城市剧院共同登台演出。其中一位表演者是艺术家fredrik “benke” rydman，他通过自己的bounce streetdance公司为“欧洲歌唱大赛”编排了一场的现代舞表演。另一位表演者是一台身高2米、重达900千克的abb工业机器人。
benke创作的性“双人舞”完成了首演，以的方式反映了机器人角色的变换以及自动化技术和人工智能在社会中的应用。与他一同表演的abb irb 6620机器人通常在汽车工厂中更为多见。它能够与工厂员工密切合作，从事点焊和复杂的装配工作。该款机器人也是abb大型工业机器人之一。
abb机器人及运动控制事业部总裁si atiya表示：“benke和abb展示了人与机器人合作的未来。通过这场优美动人、铿锵有力的表演，艺术家和工程师共同展示了技术的发展，让我们领略到了激动人心的人机协作风采。借助这种表演，我们以简单、直观的方式形象地展示了人机之间复杂敏感的互动。”
benke的新作品将会继续在北欧的文化之一斯德哥尔摩kulturhuset stadsteatern上演，演出时间将一直持续至2018年11月30日。
性能不断升级的协作机器人
过去，irb 6620等大型工业机器人安装防护围栏，以设立区和围墙，人们在机器人工作时过于靠近。得益于新一代的自动化和人工智能技术，如今，人类和机器人可以密切协作，在近距离范围地完成工作。
各大工厂采用的abb safemove2软件，通过让abb irb 6620等机器人及时了解周围的情况，调整其动作，以确保附近人员的，从而成功实现人机协作。
benke和abb工程师团队密切合作，共同为参与演出的irb 6620机器人编程。现在，abb采用“引导式编程”能够、地进行编程。在此过程中，人们可以通过手动引导机器人完成一系列动作，然后将动作记录在智能平板电脑上。而在过去，完成此类性能编程动辄需要花费数月时间，并且需要经过专门的技术培训。
erik hellström是帮助准备这次表演的工程师之一，他表示：“让机器人的节奏与音乐无缝衔接的确很困难，但与benke合作，我们取得了难以置信的进步。abb机器人irb 6620似乎感受到了音乐和舞蹈家的魅力，这一点非常值得称赞。”
日前， abb中国制造的第十万台伺服电机在上海abb动力传动有限公司下线。这台伺服电机是由abb本土团队研发，在hds系列平台上针对客户需求量身定制的产品，它将应用于机器人焊上从事工艺。
为了地贴合机器人外轴——焊的应用需求，abb研发团队在hds标准产品平台上进行了一系列性的设计变更。高功率密度的设计使得电机整体体积缩小40，重量减轻50；高动态响应永磁制动器实现了以更小的体积提供更大的制动扭矩；同时通过设计，确保客户动力、信号、安装法兰和安装孔尺寸都保持不变。
abb中国电机与发电机业务单元负责人武玉会表示：“这一里程碑印证了abb在大力推进伺服电机本地研发和生产方面的不懈努力。在中国制造业加速转型升级的今天，我们很自豪以的运动控制技术，助力中国企业迈向智能制造。”
2015年，abb在中国建成并投产了条伺服电机生产线；2016年，abb伺服电机研发实验室投入使用，大幅加强了本土设计和研发能力；2017年，abb本土研发和生产的面向通用运动控制市场的hds系列伺服电机以及客户化定制的hds-wac伺服电机投放市场。2018年，abb的第三条伺服电机生产线将于年内建成，以进一步扩大在华产能。
作为工业自动化的一个重要组成部分，伺服系统是自动化行业实现定位、运动的途径，也是推动工业4.0、实现智能制造的一个关键驱动力。近年来，在稳定的产品质量基础上，abb伺服电机不断丰富产品系列，扩大市场应用。目前，abb已面向通用市场推出65mm、100mm、130mm和180mm机座号的伺服电机，功率为7.6kw，在机器人系统、玻璃制造设备、测试平台、锂电池制造设备、光伏太阳能设备、电子制造设备等领域均实现了装机应用。
