全球知名机器人企业abb在工博会天召开了媒体发布会，abb机器人全球总裁倪思德、abb机器人业务中国区负责人李刚先生以及abb机器人业务全球市场和销售总监steven wyatt出席了本次发布会。
本次发布会，abb机器人高层不仅介绍了abb在中国的发展状况，展示了abb未来工厂的技术和发展方向，还发布了以重量轻、体积小巧为特点的小型六轴机器人irb 1100及irb 910inv倒装型scara机器人。除此之外，对于正处于成长阶段的中国机器人企业而言，也能从本次媒体发布会中得到有益启示。
中国机器人市场增长迅速
倪思德说，2017年全球机器人增长速度连续五年创新高，其中美洲增长22%，约5万台；欧洲增长20%，约6.7万台；增长34%，约25.5万台，其中中国增长59%，达13.8万台。“这是一个的快速增长水平，所以说到2017年的市场，的确是让abb非常惊喜和欣喜的一年，我也非常希望未来有更加猛劲的发展。”倪思德说，在abb机器人的前市场里，中国，销售数据于其后的韩国、日本、美国和德国。他相信，在2018年和2019年，中国的市场销量依然会远超过后面四位的总和，勇担。此外，越南也成为abb机器人销售的重要市场，一夜之间已位列第七。
“2017年汽车行业仍然是工业机器人的应用领域，但是电子行业几乎紧追其后，我认为这是很好的现象。”倪思德说，abb不会将目标仅仅聚焦在某一个行业，某一个领域，“我们看到食品饮料行业在发展，金属行业去年也出现了令人激动的全球性的增长。”
协作机器人将是未来风向
当前，很多国内外企业都在进行协作机器人的研发，在李刚看来，“这足以说明大家都对这个市场很看好，说明abb推出yumi是正确的方向。”李刚表示不会评价其他企业，“但是从abb自己本身来讲，自yumi推出来后，我们积累了丰富的经验。”李刚表示，协作机器人是未来发展方向，但是如何完善协作机器人的应用，“我相信在这方面有很多工作可以做，我们也做了很多的工作。”
倪思德也认为，协作机器人市场的确会越来越大，全球很多公司进入该市场，“之所以出现这种发展，是因为协作机器人可以帮助我们把一些工作自动化，而此前这是无法实现的。”倪思德说，随着市场的发展，相信其他的人也会越发认同协作机器人，相信协作机器人有一个光明的未来。
物流仓储自动化大有可为
李刚说abb近期看到一个很有前景的行业，那就是电商。“中国电商发展非常迅猛，尤其跟电商客户聊天的时候，大家讲到在6月18号和双十一的时候如何将货物送到顾客手上是一个问题。”李刚称，很多东西可以通过网上购买，品种也非常丰富，但随之而来的是物流企业场地与人工的增加。“而且我们的客户对时效要求非常高，这对我们机器人在这个领域的应用提供了很好的场景。”
据李刚介绍，近期abb也开发了一些物流行业的解决方案，“abb在2017年的时候成立了物流行业的孵化器，现在开发了自动化立体仓库，在占地少的同时提升效率。此外还有混料拆垛。”李刚说，除了这些解决方案之外，abb认为食品饮料、塑料等领域的机器人应用有很广阔的前景。
