长安福特汽车–abb柔性化全自动汽车生产系统

长安福特重庆工厂目前正在的汽车生产线上采用具柔性的abb机器人进行生产作业。车身装配线采用了abb的flexlean和gatefrer技术，的机器人解决方案使符合市场需求的不同汽车车型共线生产切换成为可能。

gatefrer是重庆白车身生产线的，它灵活地了整个系统。曾经在一条生产线上只生产一辆汽车的情形已不复存在，如今的生产厂家倾向于采用柔性生产方式，在同一生产线上生产多款汽车。的gatefrer车身车架系统积聚了abb近20年的车架经验，为汽车工业提供了一个灵活、、可扩展和的解决方案。有了这个方案，汽车生产厂家可减少系统寿命周期内的总投资。

gatefrer的概念很简单：即通过abb的机器人控制器（irc5）对系统内的运动进行控制。通过更换不同的侧围夹具，可在同一生产线上生产六种不同的车型。当机器人在对当前车身进行的时候，irc5可在后台更换侧围夹具，为下一个车型做准备。任意侧围夹具的更换时间都要18s这意味着生产计划员可根据需求调整车型。

gatefrer的设计使每个侧围夹具后面可安装4个可方便进行的机器人，，高架台上可安装六***立机器人，这样每个工作站内总共可容纳14个机器人。在总拼工位内可完成77次结构，确保的汽车结构完整性。

的侧围夹具对接功能将侧围夹具对接到总拼位置的固定立柱，而不依赖滑动装置的精度，确保侧围夹具定位的高重复精度。该解决方案使重复精度+/-0.1mm。

沃尔沃汽车–以中国全自动水性降噪隔音打胶工作站打造绿色车内空间

2013年12月，abb成功为沃尔沃汽车集团在成都新建的生产基地提供了集喷、打胶及擦净于一体的机器人喷应用整体解决方案，成为家提供水性胶系统解决方案的机器人供应商。

水性胶是一种水性液态隔音降噪材料。沃尔沃汽车利用abb机器人将水性胶喷于汽车内部的车身底盘等部位，待其凝固后可以有效降低汽车整体运行中产生的噪声和振动，为车主安静的驾驶环境；同时还能大大减少车内挥发性有机化合物的含量，将对环境的污染和对人体健康的损害降到，车内空气质量。

abb机器人团队历时6个月为沃尔沃汽车成功打造了这一中国全自动水性降噪隔音打胶工作站。水性胶打胶工艺的难点在于水性胶具有较高磨蚀性，对温度和压力较为敏感，需要的管路材料、合理的管路布局和胶温控制。abb提供的细臂机器人工作范围大，灵和伸展性好，配合鸵鸟毛机器人擦净系统和irb5400喷机器人等，满足生产线各项工艺要求。

2012年12月，沃尔沃汽车集团在辆使用abb机器人解决方案的工艺验证车成功下线。2013年12月13日，应用abb机器人解决方案的沃尔沃汽车s60l新车型实现量产并正式投放中国市场。

雷柏鼠标–abb机器人自动装配线

在雷柏科技深圳厂区的生产线上，整齐地摆放着70台abb的机器人irb120，用于组装u插头、移印、组装接插件、组装鼠标垫片等工序，把300名工人从繁重枯燥的机械化操作中解放出来。帮助雷柏一举攻克了目前生产中所面临的两大难题：一是用工难的社会化问题，二是利用机器人的柔性特点，降低工程设计难度。

“abb的irb120机器人工作效率非常高，比人工生产效率高几倍，成本却低了一半，在帮助我们优化生产、产品质量的同时，帮助公司降低了运营成本，并的了公司利润。”雷柏科技自动化部门经理黄水灵自豪地说道：“我们对机器人所带来的预期回报非常期待。我们相信abb机器人的数量随着新应用的开发还将不断增长，也许100台，也许200台，甚至可能还会更多”。

雷柏科技有限公司的总经理曾浩对公司曾经所面临用工难的问题深有体会。“这几年，工人平均每年都要涨15-20。今年，深圳的标准了13，去年前年则都20，这样下去，企业的利润都会被不断上涨的成本吞噬掉。工人也不好管理，流动性很大，有时候影响到生产和交货。”他说道：“用工难是目前整个珠三角地区，3c电子行业所面临的共同挑战和难题。要发展，要市场竞争力，就想办法，改变现状。今年公司开始了大规模的自动化改造，特别是大批量采用了abb的机器人irb120。这种小机器人速度快，性高，安装灵活，使用方便。”自动化部黄水灵经理指着一台他们自行设计开发组装制造的irb120机器人工作站进一步介绍，“这台u插口的组装机的节拍时间为3秒，生产效率比人工了60。两组工件的生产可同时进行，可节约10个以上的劳动力。而这些设备成本的回收周期为两年。”

为了让雷柏的自动化生产线尽快的投入使用，尽早的实现，abb机器人的工程师团队给予了雷柏充分的技术支持，协助黄经理的团队开发制造自动化设备。设备一完成调试就立即投入生产并开始实现回报。设备周期短的在8个月，长的也不过2年。相比较那些固守传统人工作业方式的企业，为用工成本不断而备受困扰，当初曾总经理推行自动化，特别是引入机器人的果断决策使雷柏科技获得了极强的竞争优势。

苏泊尔卫浴–abb机器人无铅水自动打磨线

目前，中国市场大部分水都由黄铜制成。铸造、加工和电镀等技术使黄铜水通常含有3-6的铅，苏泊尔卫浴充分意识到铅对人体健康的危害，并因此致力于寻找降低卫浴产品铅含量的解决方案，并终决定制造无铅产品；而苏泊尔的研究表明不锈钢是合适的选择。

然而，由于不锈钢比黄铜硬度高，抛光难度大，因此高企的抛光成本就成为制约不锈钢水量产的主要原因，而抛光打磨进行过程中所产生的金属粉尘对人体皮肤和呼吸系统带来的伤害在劳动力问题日益突显的今天则成为摆在苏泊尔面前的又一道难题。
